Factory-built solution.ACS580 or ACH580 or ACQ580 IP21 or IP55 Drive. The ABB ACH580-PDR is a packaged HVAC drive (1–350 hp) featuring a factory-installed disconnect switch and fuses in a UL Type 1, 12, or 3R enclosure. Designed for rapid installation, it includes BACnet/Modbus/N2 communication, a graphical keypad, and supports 230/460/575V 3-phase, 50/60Hz input for commercial building applications. The ABB ACS580-PDR is a pre-engineered, packaged general-purpose drive solution, often featuring a NEMA 3R enclosure for outdoor/industrial applications, designed to control various motors, pumps, and fans. These units provide a ready-to-use, compact, and reliable solution, often including ABB built-in fast-acting fuses, EMC filters, chokes, and an assistant control panel to streamline installation, maintenance, and operation. The ACQ580 Drive with integrated disconnect is the latest addition to the ABB drives portfolio. This robust, rugged, and compact package enables mounting within line of site of equipment as well as an additional means for lockout tagout. This drive is offered with either an input disconnect (ACQ580-PD) or an input circuit breaker (ACQ580-PC). Both include drive fuses and are available in power ranges from 1 to 100 HP at 208/230V, 1 to 200 HP at 460V, and 2 to 150 HP at 575V. It is available in UL Type (NEMA) 1 and 12 enclosures and delivers innovative pumping features for water and wastewater applications.
